Batou grinned as he heard her resurface behind him, putting his hands together before taking a few strides forward. He would swing around suddenly, his hands balled into a fist in the water as he outstretched his arms and sent a wave of water at Kissimi. Not knowing how far away she was from him he had no idea if she would actually get hit by the wave but if she did, it would be worth it.

Kissimi continued to laugh as the wave splashed her in the face. After a couple of minutes, the laughter would begin to die down to snickers then finally stop all together. Kissimi stood there, her eyes looking to Batou. Those lips parted as she was about to say something, but quickly closed as she could not seem to talk. It was as if someone cut the tongue right out of her mouth.

Batou chuckled with her, taking deep breaths as he ran his hand through his hair. After the laugh died down they simply stood there awkwardly, looking at one another. His expression would fall as he watched her mouth something, trying to say something but falling short before she stopped. He would play it off with a grin, giving her a shrug to try and ease the tension. "What?" he asked with a chuckle. "Is something on my face?"

When he asked if something was on his face, a devious grin crept on Kissimi's face. She quickly brought her hands to the water and rested the bottom of her palms in it then pushed a wave at him. She began to chuckle as she managed to utter out... "Y...eah… w..w...water"

Batou let out a yelp as she splashed him. "Ah!" He cried, laughing as he raised his arms and tried to block the wave. He would shake his head off before reaching back and pushing a wave of water into Kissimi. "Two can play that game!" He laughed, splashing her as hard as he could.

Kissimi turned her head to the side quickly and closed her eyes as she saw what he was doing. After feeling the splash, she looked back to him, a laughter escaping. After it died down, she began to approach Batou, yet stopped a couple of feet away and looked to him

Batou took a breath, seeing that they were done splashing each other and chuckled awkwardly. He watched her approach, smiling to her as he raised his hand and ran it through his hair once more before scratching the back of his head. "It's getting late huh? How long did you wanna swim out here?" He would ask, his eyes wandering down for only a second before remembering that she was butt naked and turning way. His face turned bright red, chuckling again as he shut his eyes and raised his head. "Oh right! I almost forgot..." He said, realizing she was naked again.

Kissimi looked to him as he asked how long she wanted to continue swimming for. It was getting late and would seem as though the sun was setting in Tyran. "I think we better get back." she paused then added, "Unless you had other ideas in mind."

Batou turned away, looking up into the sky. The sun was setting and it was starting to get late. He would agree with her though he didn't want this day to end. He was having more fun than he had in a long time. He would turn to look back to her when she suggested he might have other ideas. He chuckled, scratching the back of his head awkwardly. "Well... Uhm..." He said, looking around a bit before letting out a sigh. Batou had eyes on her for quite a long time now, ever since they started building Faror together, however they were too close as friends and he was too afraid he might mess up that friendship if he tried anything.
"Heh... well..." He would say after a moment longer, floating in the water as he looked off into the distance. He had turned away from Kissimi, looking off to the trees as if to see if they were being watched. He swallowed hard, deciding it was now or never. He knew that trying something could result in catastrophic results however if he didn't do anything at all, his lack of action could be just as damaging. "I could... uhm... I could probably think of one or two things we could still do." He said, turning back to her finally, trying to keep his cool.

Those eyes watched him as he scratched the back of his head awkwardly. Kissimi began to wonder if she had gone too far with her question as he started to look around. Her head tilted just a little bit to the right, watching him as her brows began to raise and she was starting to get nervous. Perhaps he did not feel for her the way that she felt for him. They were alone, in a secluded area. If he did feel for her as she did him, now would be the time to say something, or at least make his move.
After what seemed like an eternity to her, Batou's words touched her ears ~I could... uhm... I could probably think of one or two things we could still do~. He turned around. Those brows lowered and a soft smile began to play on her lips. Kissimi neared him slightly, "What do you have in mind Batou?" It was now or never...… Would he finally make his move on her? Or would he pass up this rare opportunity? She began to think that if he wanted to make a move, he would have by now..... Her heart began to jump into her throat. It felt as though 1,000 butterflies all filled her stomach at one time. Was she going to puke?

Batou's heart was racing... it had been racing for a while now. He felt nervous, like he was about to be sick all over and if it wasn't for the cold water causing slow but sure hypothermia, he would probably be blushing. "Uhmm... well..." He said with a chuckle, feeling confused by her sudden reaction however the way she suddenly acted, when she asked him what he had in mind it gave him confidence. Either she didn't notice he was trying to come onto her or she was interested in what he had to say. Batou was awkward and never really understood the subtle nuances of romance and relationships and with Kissimi inching closer to him with her curious expression it caused him to pause.
His mind began to race and Kissimi could most likely see it in his eyes. He had no idea where to go from here, what to say. She was interested? How does he respond to that? Should I say let's make out, or try to get in close and try to play cool? Should I suggest we try something daring or just outright say I want to bump uglies with her? Should I try to be frank or use subtle hints. He had absolutely no idea how to get on with it and so of course he would do the most forward and unconventional thing.
Batou reached out suddenly, pulling Kissimi towards him and planting a kiss on her lips as fast as he could. He moved fast, not giving either of them time to react before he actually planted the kiss in case either of them were to fight or object to his sudden action. Since the invention of the kiss, there have been five kisses that have been rated the most passionate, the most pure - This was not one of them... And after the kiss finally broke, Batou's eyes grew wide and he pulled back suddenly, realizing what he might have done. "Oh... heh... I am so sorry... I don't..." He began, trying to play it off just in case she were ready to break him in half for it.

Suddenly Kissimi found her body pressed against Batou's, their lips meeting in a kiss. Kissimi blinked her eyes and before she had time to react, the kiss was over. She stood there bewildered with what had just happened. She could not believe it. Did he feel the same way about her that she did about him? The kiss should have confirmed it, but his actions afterwards had her wondering. There was only one thing to do to know for sure. Kissimi walked to Batou, closing the gap between them and planting her lips on his for another kiss.
