It was so strange being the offspring of two people who were so very different and yet very similar. For the young Vargo, it was a constant confusing struggle as her logical mind and her primal mind fought over what she should do. As she got older it had been getting worse. She was constantly torn between choices like whether or not she should take the logical route, or the instinctive route and for an intelligent girl like her, this could sometimes lead to making the wrong choice. It also didn't help that she held the ability to shapeshift, an ability she didn't quite understand or do so well at controlling when it did happen. She tended to change when those primal instincts won over her.
After a particularily frightful episode where she'd nearly bitten the flank off her best friend, Lilliana. She'd decided to seek out her other mother, Krixia for help with her issues. When she'd asked for assistance in finding Krixia...she'd been told to trust in her instincts. She'd packed up her backpack and a few select books to read should she need them and she did just that. She'd stood on the edge of town, letting the wind fil her nostrils until it finally hit her. That all-too-familiar scent. She didn't know how or why, but she knew the way to go. It was like a sense she was unaware of.
Half a day of travel. Something a responsible mother might not allow, but with proper precautions and certain agreements she'd been allowed to go. After a half day of walking she finally came across what she sought. Within a small but beautiful forest, located within a clearing surrounded by dense foliage, Rhemi came upon what she sought. Her mother. She pushed back the brush and stepped into sight. She wasn't sure if the woman had been informed of her coming or not, either way. She brushed off her dress, inspired by some of the winer plants that grew this time of year and moved closer to the woman.
"Mother." She said in a soft voice. Unsure of how to approach this whole thing. She needed both of her mothers for different reasons at this point. For the girl who based everything in logic, having a primal set of instincts could be troubling and confusing to her. It was like puberty on a whole different level. She moved across the clearing and ran a hand through strands of chocolate brown hair which as usual, was in its no-nonsense ponytail at the back of her head. She'd opted to wear her glasses today which were perched on her nose while green-yellow eyes studied the area around her curiously.
Rhemi bit her lip gently, "I'm not sure if mum told you why I've come...but...I really need you." She said thsi uneasily, which was out of character for the girl who was always so sure of herself and everything she did.
