The keep... was there sense in even visiting this place? Hroo was not certain if any even resided here still. But Tyr would have his head if he missed one of the areas he was told to visit. So on the off chance that there might have been some Vargo, some spirit, or some fool that lingered behind in this place he would step onto its lands to deliver the message if need be. If not it was not a waste of time as he had often wanted to see this place with his own eyes as it was anyway.
Hroo took the first few steps toward the old keep and howled out "Anybody home? I request a meeting with whoever has charge of these lands on the bequest of the god himself."
Hroo could now only wait for a response and see if any answer would come. If not he would be on his way once again to the next city.
