Tuesday August 29th All Day Event
Tyran Carnival Part 1:
There is a Parchment Posted in Wendy's Tavern that reads the following:
"Come one come all to a Tyran Carnival. Bring your children, for we have much for them to do in a section dedicated to children which involves face painting, drawing, and many more activities for them. Don't worry they will be watched by members of our staff and taken care of. While the children laugh and play, the adults can play games that will test their strength, their intelligence, or their endurance. We also have a House of Terrors, come check it out. Must be at least 12 to enter. Come it will be fun for all."
Strength Game: You will see a large post that has a bell at the top. At the bottom sets a plank that seems to be set upon some windy things (coils) and then a wooden base along with a hammer.
Intelligence Game: A game of memory. There will be 15 pairs of parchments laid out on a table, flipped over. On the other side of the parchments will be symbols, match the correct symbols and earn your prize.
Endurance Game: The Log: Step up onto a log that is on top of a pool of water and see how long you can stay on the log as it spins.
Your success or failure for these games will depend on the roll of a d20 die.
Nat 1: You fail miserably and will receive a -2 to that stat in Parts 2 & 3 of the Carnival
2-5: You fail and will be given a -1 to that stat in Parts 2 & 3 of the Carnival
6-10: You are average and receive no bonuses or hinderances.
11-15: You are above average and will receive a +1 to stat for Parts 2 & 3 of the Carnival
16-19: You did great and will receive a +2 to stat for Parts 2 & 3 of the Carnival
Natural 20: You beat the game and will receive +3 to stat for Parts 2 & 3 of the Carnival
Each person will be allowed to play each game up to 5 times.
If a person wishes to play one of these games, just give a shout out in the OOC channel and I will message you to come to the events room when I see it.
The stats do stack. You can get up to a +15 to one single stat
