This place was said to be neutral, but they called it the Isle of Light, funny name for a neutral place. Still no matter where it stood, with the exception of Silem, Hroo was told to set foot there and deliver his message.
So he came to the outskirts of the temple that had been erected on the Isle of Light and growled out for Sakura to show herself so that he could deliver his message to her.
"Sakura I have a message for you from the god that I have come to deliver in person."
Hroo would now wait and then he would be on his way again needing to complete the task.

As he finishes the massive temple doors swing open and Sakura steps out, her fangs poking out of her mouth, a dead giveaway of her vampire heritage . she would be followed by the Dwarf Belinda and 2 temple maidens. " And what message does my black hearted neighbor to the North send at such a late hour? "

Hroo watched the woman that seemed to have heritage of the darker side, how odd, he thought, she wishes to tread neutral ground yet the desires to feast must still reside within her. The hellhound shook his head and took a few steps forward to sniff at the figures taking them all in. He watched each of them then his eyes turned back to Sakura and deep gutteral chuckles that were growl like escaped his lips along with the steam that came from his hell like nature his eyes flashing with fire.
"He wishes to pay you a visit in person. You and your people. I would be wary of how haughty you present yourself in his site."
It was a bit of a warning as Hroo had seen her response to the message as haughty whether it was or not. But the hellhound had the issues that many creatures as him did struggling with the idea that others thought of them as pets or good devices when they were intellectual, cognizant beings.
"He sent me out ahead of time to let everyone know so they have time to prepare. There is your message."

she simply smiles and says " very well, give him this message. He is as welcome as anyone else .. So long as he follows the laws and behaves him self. Should he chose to be foolish I will not hesitate to eject him from The Isle. We are a sovereign land reserve the right to eject even deities. " Even the most simple of magic user would sense the extreme amount of magic coming from the young ruler, If Hroo were sensitive enough he would be able to tell that she was giving off 4 different types of magical energy, still it paled compaired to the power of a Deity.
