((Continuing here since playing in room is kinda hard to line up))So far Orin and Coby had found Angel and after getting her fixed up, fed and healed they were now trying to get her packed up to go so that she could go and find help. But Ken had come back and locked all the windows. Angel was in a room with Orin panicking while they both tried all the windows. Coby was in the kitchen getting together food for Angel while Ken sat at the dinning table eating and smiling a cruel smile.((Posting order is Ken, Coby, Orin, Angel))

Ken simply continued to enjoy his meal as if a man unaware of what was going on around him. He had an assumption that they would attempt to escape, especially with the context in which the young girl Angel had spoken. He found himself starring into his bowl at the contents of the soup as he ate however a smile was absent from his face. Despite enjoying the meal he had a gnawing thought in the back of his mind that seemed to be eating away at him, In fact it was a thought that had driven him to a drunken stupor for several nights now and was the same thought that drove him to dump the remains of his flask in the sink earlier before sitting down to eat. He took another bite from his soup, looking up as he savored the flavor to the seat where Jill had usually sat. She was gone now, had been gone for sometime despite what he suggested to the children earlier.
He chuckled to himself as if trying to trick his mind. He was not a fool as many would take him for, he had noticed a while ago that Jill was gone and despite giving the children lessons he had been nearly zombified by his incessant drinking and heavy thoughts. He knew what he was doing, the question was what was it worth to him he wondered. He took another bite of his soup, watching as the contents of the bowl settled until he could almost see himself in the liquid as he stared down intently. Regardless of what was to come, he was beginning to believe that no matter what he did, Kern was going to dispose of him in the end and the question continued to gnaw at him...
what was this job worth anyways...

Coby had finished gathering some food together for Angel. A sigh escaped her lips as Ken sat out in the dining area, knowing that as long as he was out there, there was no way they would be able to get Angel out of the house with food, especially after what Angel had said at the dinner table. There was one window that Ken had not locked... the window in the kitchen. Coby however did not know of Ken locking all the doors and all the other windows in the house. Thinking of a way to sneak Angel out, Coby looked around for something that might be able to put Ken to sleep that she could slip into his drink or food some how

Spoke in a hushed whisper. "Its locked...all the windows up here are locked!" she moved her hand through her hair. "Oh....Orin.....He....He locked us all in..." she began to become frightened. She pulled on the window frame as she tried to shake it free or at least open. "I...I gotta go tell Manic...I gotta get you out of here....." she whimpered.

Orin could think of only one thing to do in this situation and it would mean possibly fighting Ken and getting a beating from Kern when he found out but if it meant freedom in the end then it would be worth it.
He looked to Angel “go tie together the sheets on the bed and be quick about it” he said in a hushed whisper and moved to find something heavy that could shatter the windows. “Ok now lock the door and get ready to toss the tied up sheets out the window. You will have to climb out but be careful because if you fall I won’t be able to help you. I will be too busy holding off Ken” he told her and then took the heavy vase he found in another room and tossed it at the window. The window would smash and as the sheets got tossed out he made sure they were tied secure to the bed with pills over the broken glass to keep Angle from cutting herself on the way out. The loud noice heard by all.

Ken would jump up suddenly upon hearing the glass smash. "God dammit all!" He shouted as he slammed the spoon on the table and made his way up the stairs and began to search the room as fast as he could until he finally found the room he was searching for.
"What the he--" He started, preparing to give Orin a good lecture... perhaps about safety or maybe being reckless but the lecture never came as he quite quickly noticed the sheet hanging out the window. His eyes darted to the window before looking to Orin and back to the window. "That GIRL!" He shouted, moving towards the window to look out despite Orin's protest. No doubt Orin was fighting against him...

Coby would hear glass shatter as she finished preparing sandwiches for Angel. "What in the world?" She rushed out of the kitchen and saw Ken heading up the stairs, checking each and every room. He came to one and picked the lock to get it open before Coby could make it to Ken. Those eyes looked to the broken window and a grin formed on her lips as Ken yells. Coby rushes back down the stairs and into the kitchen. Quickly she put the food in a bag and opened the window to the kitchen. Seeing the girl, she called out, "Angel..." and slipped the bag through the window for the girl to grab.

Nodded to Orin as he smashed the window. She climbed down as quickly as she could. She heard Coby speak to her and grabbed the bag and began to run. She didn't look back. She heard Ken yelling and tried to run faster. "I'll come back! I'll get you out of here!" she spoke to herself as she ran as if her life depended on it.

Orin could hear Ken shouting and would move to block his way, or at least try. He would try to shove and push Ken away from he window and keep him from getting to the sheets before Angel had the chance to get down and out. “Leave her alone! She has nothing to do with any of us” he growled.
His only job was to keep Ken busy long enough for Angel to get away. He would take his beatings afterwards. “just let her go !” he shouted, the control collar still about his neck. He could only hope that Angel would find help fast and get them both out of there.

Ken pushed his way past Orin to the window eventually, looking out just in time to see Angel taking off down the street. "And there she goes..." He said as he watched her running away. He closed his eyes, letting out a sigh for a moment before turning and looking back to Orin. "Well... I am tired after all..." He said with a sigh, walking away from the window. He took a moment, taking a deep breath before he began to chuckle, and then full on laughing. He stood for at least a moment, laughing before he turned to look at Orin. His eyes moving to look at Orin's collar before letting out another chuckle. He shook his head and turned away, taking another deep breath as he walked to the door. "Orin..." He began, turning his head back a moment as he stood in the doorway. "Clean up this mess." He ordered, knowing full well he would have to obey before he walked out the room, closing the door gently behind him.

Smiles as Angel takes the bag and runs with it. At least she wouldn't grow hungry. Coby sighed and watched on as the young girl ran off down the street. In a way, Coby wanted out, she didn't want to be controlled though. She was fine with the arrangement until she got to know Orin more and more. She fell for him and he wanted out. She just hoped that when the time came, and they were free, they would still be together.

Angel ran as if her life depended on it because it did. She dared not to stop. Even when her legs burned and threatened to collapse. Orin fully in her mind as she ran back towards the home she last saw Manic in. She'd make it to the door, not knowing if Manic was there as she pounded on the door, "Manic!" she yelled breathlessly..."Darla!" she felt herself slipping down the door as now she was finally standing still. Her legs wouldn't hold her up anymore as they refused to work. Needing a break.
"Please! Be here! Manic....Darla..." She breathed as she tried to catch her breath.

Orin was easily pushed out of the way, falling into a wall. “hug! No! He would try to push himself up and go for Ken again but then he head the man say that the girl got away and backed away as the man started laughing. He moved to block any attack Ken might send his way but he did nothing. “That.. That’s it?” he asked, surprised he had not ben punished worse. He flinched at the command but would gladly get to work cleaning up the mess. It was the easiest discipline he had gotten since coming here. He smiled to himself as he cleaned, “Good… She got away”

Just as soon as the door clicked closed, Ken would open it again, looking back to Orin with a surious look on his face. "Hey! The girl got away... we clean this mess up and I will have the window fixed. We will go back to business as usual." He said, taking a pause before continuing on. "As far as I am concerned... the girl was never here. NOBODY under ANY circumstances are to say ANYTHING to ANYONE about what transpired here today you understand?" He asked, putting emphasis on certain words to ensure his intention was clear. He would stare down Orin, waiting for Orin's reply before he left. Once Orin would say so he would closed the door again and moved down to the kitchen to hunt down Coby to repeat himself to her. The moment Ken decided to let the girl go in his mind was the moment of no return for him, he knew if they were to play this right he would have to make sure to nearly erase any signs of the girl from the house.

Coby smiled as she watched the girl run away, knowing she was going to get help. A long sigh escaped her lips. Just then, she heard Ken enter the kitchen and she nearly jumped out of her skin, thinking she and Orin were going to be in big trouble. Hell Kern may even kill them over this one.
Ken's words however, caused her to blink in disbelief. Was she hearing him right? Dumbfounded, she nodded her head then exited the kitchen and headed back up stairs to see Orin.

Orin looked up as the door opened again and blinked as Ken said what he said “yha.. ok.. no problem.” half of him wondering what Ken was playing at. Why as he being so nice? why had he not beat him or ordered him to do worse than clean up the mess and replace the window? Then the man was gone once more and he as back to cleaning the room up and getting rid of the glass. This was all to easy, something was wrong… it had to be.

No answer came to the door where she knew Orin had been living with Manic and Darla before he went missing. She was so tired from the run, she curled up on the stoop and fell asleep. It wasn't until the next morning when she awoke. Sitting up groggily she rubbed her eyes. Looking about her. "W..Where are they?" she murmered.

Ken made his way down the hall and down the stairs to the first floor. He didn't take long before beginning directly to the kitchen where he knew Coby had been last. "Coby!" He called out as he entered into the kitchen, his eyes darting about to find her. Once he had finished repeating himself to Coby she would go upstairs to help clean, leaving Ken alone in the kitchen once more. He couldn't help but look over to the sink. "What a day to decide to stop drinking..." He said with a chuckle before turning around, deciding to see if there was any soup left to eat before heading to his study.

Looked to Orin as she stood in the doorway, seeing him picking up the glass. "Need help with that?" A smile formed on her lips as she asked him. She heard Ken call to her but ignored it for the moment. There was still some soup left, enough for one more bowl. "Ken got weird. He wants no traces of your friend being here and saying this never happened. What did he give you for a punishment?" She hoped he didn't go too hard on him.
