Borta made sure to wait until the next day for them to leave he had placed a ornimint from his hair on a cord after breaking it in half this way should something happen to him where he thought he would be unable to cone back he would send a messages for cherry with the other half that way she would know he was not able to come back

As they followed Willard's directions backwards . They would find various places in the first day where he had stopped to rest. Which were many as he was on his last stages of starving to death. You can tell where he had started to eat many things because of his starvation chewed up branches and leaves just trying to get nourishment from any thing . The forests would now be teaming with wildlife because of the spring . By t this time he had no energy to hunt or trap . The first day and as the made camp we're safe.

Borta: pulled the map out marking off the placed they found but at the same time made sure that they had checked the areas for any sign of fallowers when they found none he rolled the map up and got on first watch to keep a eye out thought they hwere safe they where in the wildnow. he knew well never turn your back even when you think your safe. because you did it at the wrong time and you could end up with the 7

The first night went with out incident and they took turns for watch. The second day went with more of the same . Evidence of camps .. and fishing you can see where williard had maybe decided to use this has a place to over winter .. and evidence where had tried to build small shelter in a hollowed out tree. Where he tried to build small traps for rabbits but there were tracks of bears .. so more then likely he was chased out . And lucky to have survived . With just the injuries . You can also see a deep pool in the river .. swimming with fish . So it is no wonder the bears gather here .

They did move on .. though they thought the bears would make good kills and things to trade .. but they also understood why he did want too . As they were more the grizzly type and not the black bear type. With borta pushing they would come to an old camp with many horses tracks . The horses probably used as pack mules Bear hunters probably but they had moved on a while ago .. they would still be in the forest but the wood was sparce .. this place had obviously been used for logging . And such . It also seemed to have a erie tone to it ..maybe a little too quiet ..

Borta: moved placing his hand over the camp fire to check the heat to guag how long gone they had been and looked around. at the tracks guageing the number. he was moving around some making sure his prints pressed int he earth as if placing a warning to any that came close to this place again that giants or atlest those that called them kin was there. |

As the day moved into night starange noises could be heard mixed in with normal.noises of the night and sometimes you could hear the rushing of of wind but there would be no breeze . And all the animals even the brave ones would forage and hunt tentatively

Borta stayed up on first watch again somethign felt odd to him. in some ways it felt like the old stories his village talked about when animals got odd the stranger was near he didnt like that story as he started wondering had they wandered into the strangers wood

The harpys would notice the camp ..but also noticed borta did not move to.attack them when he had the perfect opportunity . She would fly up and then fly back down a safe distance away because they usually smelled like there old kills . " What is your purpose here " they shrilled

It was good thing they did not attack .. there was probably a flock of about 25 some of the wings sounded much larger . Then the two they encountered .

Borta did his best to help the men not make a sound near the nest trying to be acomidating to those they walked by. once they got out of the strangers part of the wood he made sure they checked the packs first to see how the rations where holding up aswell as to see how long it would be until they had to start hunting |

Borta got them to make a camp so that they could hut a bit away from the woods make it so that they could get a bit of a store first for on the separation point that why they would have enough for on the way back to this point before they restocked to head back through the strangers wood
