Arainia was in the capital walking towards tyrans castle she wanted to talk with the queen of tyran thanking her for her help as she walked and stoped at were the gaurds are.

The guards at the palace gate eyed Arainia, taking in her appearance and making the assumption that she was from the dragon kingdom. "Well met, Xenothrin. What business do you have in the palace this evening?"

She looked to the guards and spoke politely she was playing queen of dragons as her dad was in hiding at the moment she was dressed in a royal queenly uniform and spoke.."I am here to thank the queen of tyran for her support i am queen xenothrin arainia the dragon daughter of the late lord xenothrin draconus the dragon(tempest)."

The guards dipped in slight bows at the announcement of the Xenothrin's title. "Queen Laelia will be glad to meet with the Queen of the Xenothrin. Please follow me." The guard would lead Arainia while another guard assumed his place at the gate.
Arainia was led through the palace to a study on the second floor where the Queen was sitting behind a desk penning letters. "Your pardon, Majesty. Queen Xenothrin, Arainia the dragon is here to see you."
Laelia looked up from her notes and stood, skirting the desk. "Of course. Welcome, Queen Arainia. Please have a seat. Can I offer you any refreshment?"

She smiled and nodded and followed the guards she was a bit nervous she was taught by her dad about politics and such and saw the queen and bowed to her far eastern style in respect like her dad did and stood and spoke."Um aye yes please mayhaps some wine if its not to much trouble.."she said she has sea green colored scales her eyes were also sea green and her mane was a mix of sea green and white her royal dress was the same color.

Laelia nodded her head respectfully in return, as close as she would come to a bow. Something Kalibas were notorious for. "Of course, it's no trouble." She served Arainia herself from a bottle of wine kept at the sideboard. She poured a glass for each of them and once she saw the dragon served, she would sit herself down.
"What can I do for you, Queen Xenothrin?"

Laelia's head canted, sipping at her wine before replying. "You're welcome. The Xenothrin have always been a valued ally and always there in times of need. I only wish I had received word of the attack soon enough to respond with military might. Though it seems as though no army would have been able to withstand the fury of an avalanche. You have my deepest condolences for the loss of your father. Tyran will miss him dearly."

Laelia felt empathy for the Xenothrin woman. She knew what it was like to lose a beloved father and understood the pain involved. Not knowing that Tempest was yet alive, Laelia's expression offered sympathy. "Will you be holding a memorial? I would like to attend, if so."

"For anyone who knows and understands what the Xenothrin have stood for for all of these years, it would be hard to believe that someone from your clan would do such a thing. I will instruct my patrols to remove the posters should they come across any in their travels. Anyone can place a uniform patch in a mound of debris. It's an amateur move, really."

If Tyr has truly set his sights on destroying the Xenothrin, you may be in danger as Tempest's heir. If you, yourself, have need of safety, I can offer a room in my palace. Even Tyr would not dare to attack you here." Tyr knew that Queen General Laelia Kaliba was more than capable of putting him down if he crossed her.

"If that changes and you need a safe place quickly, I will ensure my guards are aware to receive you immediately without question. I have no fear of Tyr. And he and I have a deal. His people are allowed freedom of worship in my Capital, provided Tyr doesn't threaten the city. If he threatens me, or anyone held within my city, all bets are off. So please...keep my offer of sanctuary in mind if you find yourself in danger and need to flee your safe place now."
