Baracus
After he slayed the Void beast he would enter Sineads temple where he had sent Petra and Dawn to hide. Once he got inside he seen Petra curled up with Dawn laying on the floor. The beast had mentioned a broken cage...was all this because he took Petra back? Was all this because some beastial creature was upset? He did not have the luxury to debate this now. Running up he saw Dawn hugging the unconscious Petra and he lifted each up in seperate arms. He was beaten and bloody but everyone could be cleaned after they were safe. Running out of options he cursed as he left the temple going somewhere he had sworn hed never go again.
He approached the home of the Dravidians with the youngest Angelique having just helped him he would have to need more. Approaching the large manor door it opened before he even got within 10 ft. Their defenses and warning system some of the oldest and sophisticated in the land. The Being that met him looked to the demon and two girls. "I need to speak with her, Now." An old time guest this would be enough to set things in motion.

The guard who opened the door did not question, He knew who the man was and could see clearly the state he was in. There were some orders barked out in ancient tongue and several others moved to offer aid and usher Baracus into the palatial estate house. High stone walls and long expance of corridors leading to the heart of Dravidian. The news reaching her before the attendant before her could reach her door and with large double doors swinging open the back lighting of a large hearth framed the Majest Dravidian in the most lovely way. Copper tresses the color of flame falling down in abundance over the sumptious fabric of a heavy brocade satin robe which she seemed to be securing mid step as the doors were opened to her inner chamber. Her expression was near shock, clearly she had not meant to see him, not here or now... perhaps not ever again gauging from her tone when she spoke a single word, His name "Baracus?" Sorsha moving now to take the baby from his bloodied arms without question and with her free hand motioning to the door. "everyone out. Leave all and go." They were simple words and her tone would not leave any room for question. The doors were shut in haste and they were left for the first time in so long together and with the exception of the girls... alone

He would follow the demon to the room he was taken and waited, it didn't take long as he knew it wouldn't once she was told. Relinquishing the baby when she went to take her he then moved to lay Petra down on the closest bedlike object. The two hadn't seen each other in lifetimes and for good reason. Surely she would notice her late husbands lariat on Petra and if Angelique had told her she would be caught up mostly. "I had to come here, Tyran is being attacked by...I dont know what they are. But I think she may be a key part." Looking to Petra. "I managed to kill one, tough sons of bytches, but not invulnerable." Oh his love of the land was once again locked in conflict of his disdain of the gods. "It mentioned..." He hesitated. "...my son. Hes either behind this or involved in this." Some demon was trying to mend his cuts and Baracus's motions was making the job harder. "I cannot be effective if Im protecting them. And well." He wasn't going to finish the sentence as it was long since forgotten and taboo. "This is quite possibly the most fortified place, and safest they can be."

She placed the baby safetly within the center of a very large bed, quickly moving to add pillows for support and to prevent the baby rolling who seemed to be able to sleep thru the very flames of hell... demoic origin child... she would smile if not for the circumstances. Moving now back towards him as he spoke her eyes shifted so intently to the figure of Petra who had clearly passed out from what ever she had witnessed. "You did it... Angelique said you would, that you came for the lariet. I did not want to hope, not after so long and such impossible factors. I did not think he would ever let her go. But here. I did not think I would ever be this close to her again." Her words trailed off, softening as she stepped tenitively towards Petras body being lain upon a large sofa before the hearth and settling down beside her and moving the firey colored hair from Petras pale skin to better look at the features before her now so close " You do not know what it was.... this thing? What does it have to do with Barak, Is he harmed as well?"

He was thinking of strategies, and implimenting the acrued data he had just learned from fighting this one and if he should even fight in this war. So many before, so many times, he shook his head and then he noticed her and it hit him how this must for her. "Im sorry, Yes, it worked. She was fine once it was placed on." He watched her savor this and he then knew all these years what they had done to her. He stepped over to Dawn and wiped some of his blood from her face. "He goes by Tyr now. But I too still call him Barak, probably always will." He finally submitting to the demon trying to tend his wounds. Taking a seat on some fine expensive furniture he kept an eye on Sorsha. "Do you regret it?"
SorshaDevainDravidian<time class="timestampCozy-2hLAPV" datetime="1536942879915" style="font-size: 0.75rem; letter-spacing: 0px; margin-left: 0.3rem;">Today at 12:34 PM</time>
She had stopped looking at him again, tracing so delicately the lines of Petras face, pushing back more of the abundance of fire colored hair as if with reverence, as if the object or the moment was so fragile that in an instant it could break. She sighed a deep sigh at his words, the weight of worlds in that sigh, so rarely this woman showing the strain of the lifetimes and the decisions made from one moment to the next, time beyond the memory of most, just lines on a page of some forgotten tome in some forgotten monument of history. " I said everyone out... I am more than capable of tending to a little blood" The last attendant bowed and made haste and now they were alone, an erie quiet decending as she stood relcutant to leave Petra but the little blood was more than just a little and it sounded as if he was needed once more in the fight, the same battle that had simply come time and again since the beginning " Regrets... I have many. Not seeing them grow. Not knowing so much. Do you wonder what their paths would have been if we had not made the choices we had to keep them safe and away from all of the politics? Was the price of the throne too high Baracus? Was it worth it do you belive now?" She asked in earnest, not knowing herself as she moved to wring out a soft cloth and clean off a wound he could not possibly reach himself*

He would dab at the wounds but knew they would blend in with the rest of the scars. "That was another lifetime, politics dont." He paused thinking of the right way to put it. "they just dont come into play anymore. The original gods, families, and ties are relics now. Preserved in a forgotten past." He would light his skin on fire a little to burn off some of the smaller injuries. "Perhaps its time they were told. Even if it stays hidden from history." She was right would they had taken different paths with knowing their mother was not the black haired beauty that he was married too all those years ago. He too shook his head. "Its been so long who is to say it even matters to society anymore. Maybe its simply about whats best for them and you now?" He had to at least fight for the land. Barak had done much evil that would warrant this fate. Amika needed to be found, and he knew there were very few people left alive who could handle these beasts. "I am needed in this fight, as much as Id like to just sit and watch this land burn to hell. There's too much history to allow that, I ask you keep the girls safe."

*She shook her head as he cinged his own wounds to stop the bleeding and once he was more or less tended she stopped fussing, it having given her something to do other than sink so much into the what ifs of her thoughts. In truth all those years ago they had battled back and forth over the path to take when the twins had been concieved. He had rushed a marriage that she felt was her fault because she had pushed him away, they were always at odds in those days...With Exodus gone they both felt the loss hard, she a husband and he a brother. Sorsha had been placed into his care then, a final request from a departing god, a concern for his child and his bride.... She knew he had not expected to be saddled with the resposibility but he had shouldered it well and then all the rest... well grief and passion consumed. By the time she had discovered the conception he was well on his way down the aisle with someone who she thought would make him happy... but that was not to have been. " The line of sucession is secure and your mother long since departed"<time datetime="2018-09-14T17:01:50.371Z" class="edited-DL9ECl" role="note" style="cursor: pointer; font-size: 0.625rem; line-height: 1; margin-left: 0.3em; user-select: none; color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.2);">(edited)</time>
"The reasons we had to keep silent have been surmounted, One of them sits the throne though I did not foresee it to be our son, I saw our daughter there so long ago... this sight, these visions, ever changing, a curse... I wonder without them what out life may have been. I understand after all this time why Apocolypse was as he was, this vision too far makes one see the world and all within as mere peices to be played upon a giant board. I have only ever done what I thought was best for... our children. Perhaps you are right Baracus, does it matter now? I think no, so much time has passed, so many things changed. It may not mean anything to Barak, his assention has altered him so, but perhaps to our daughter it may ease her back into something of what she once was or could be"
Baracus<time class="timestampCozy-2hLAPV" datetime="1536945713823" style="font-size: 0.75rem; letter-spacing: 0px; margin-left: 0.3rem;">Today at 1:21 PM</time>
Baracus stood as he agreed. "There is no reason to keep this from them anymore. But we could still be implicated in Kali's death so that needs to be kept hidden." He knew if he stayed he would stray and he as much as he was upset about people's desire to kidnap Amika...he was not yet ready to give up on his love for her. "You mean alot to me Sorsha, and I...still love you somewhere deep down. But I cannot repeat those mistakes. You watch my daughter, and OUR daughter. I will return to them. If the worst should happen...Amika, Barak, and I should not return...Make sure they are kept far from this war." He would lift up his axe lean in to kiss Dawn, and over to kiss Petra. "I need to rest before tracking down the next one, but not here. I hope you understand."
SorshaDevainDravidian<time class="timestampCozy-2hLAPV" datetime="1536946116951" style="font-size: 0.75rem; letter-spacing: 0px; margin-left: 0.3rem;">Today at 1:28 PM</time>
*She arorse from his side as he stood and offered a somber nod. She had always known that love would remain between them, they had concieved of two beautiful dark beings, gods blood, their blood and so they would forever be tied in love on some level, regardless of time or circumstances. " I have always known Baracus... as you have always known. Go and do what you have always done, I shall protect your daughter and ours. Call upon your niece... she may be of some aid, with the gods in short supply she may be required... And Baracus... Please, I have never asked you for anything, not in all of these lifetimes but I ask now. What ever is to be done, see our son safe as well. I do not wish to loose a child to yet another war. Promise me?"
she waited hopeful, a mothers love ready to forgive every slight and circumstance, no sin to great for she recalled the little bundle and had known little of the man he had become, the deeds had been offered and in all she remained loyal in her heart regardless for such was a maternal bond though unknown to the world it changed nothing and regardless of what name he chose for himself he would remain in her mind simply her only son and youngest born

What is it they say? The child who acts like you will cause you the most grief...Well if that was true Him and Barak were nearly twins. And when she asked him to bring him home, he knew it was an empty promise as war had no predetermined guarantees. But knowing a promise now, even if broken later would help her nerves. "All these years of grief, I will do this that you ask. Even if I must lay my own life down to ensure he knows true heritage." With that he made a hasty retreat as the tensions rose, and he would not do this to Amika. Opening the doors where at least one servant was seen very close to the door, Baracus would make for the door.

She watched him depart as he had done so many years before, she silent trying not to consider every step they had taken to secure the bithrite that one Dravidian child had been refused to ensure it would not happen again... and they had suceeded, all these years but that was a different time and now none of it seemed to matter. All that truly mattered was what happened now to their children. She moved to pick up the baby, hoping that her mother was alive, that she would be saved... she understood what it was to be away so long from your infant... She had done it herself by two so long ago. Rocking the newest addition to the bloodline that was quite a little tangled web she moved towards her daughter who had grown to favor her so... the flame red hair and the pale skin, standing this close it wasnt so hard to see. She kept watch over them both, wondering what would become of all, the concern, the personal stake blocking the foresight she had always possessed as Baracus left to deal with yet another calamity of Tyran
