Fawn accepted his help into the wagon and she just shook her head " well we still have to comeback and get what is rightfully ours.. Unless you want to back up the house and take a second wagon right now." She looked over at him thoughtful she would do that." Because if we are leaving today..im packing uo my grandmothers lace and china..im not leaving that here "

Tosh nodded "no we will come back for all of that stuff dont worry." he said as he urged the horses forward "all right looks like we are off." he said as he looked to her "we will come back after we figure everything out." he said as he put them on a decent pace. and rode toward the capital to get their wedding clothes

As they took off fawn had her wrapped in tosh they were bundled up for the colder weather and the ride into town . And she put a heavy blanket over their legs. It was midmorning but the late start didn't matter as they were just driving into the Capitol she then looked at tosh " do you know the damage done to the Capitol from the void . Our shop may not even be there anymore "

Tosh looked to her with a smile "no i do not know the half of what the void did. but where else are we going to go?" he asked as he urged them on a bit faster "plus anyway i bet its still there i mean the void couldnt have done that much to the capital its still standing after all." he said as they rode to the capital. he would slow the animals down for a second then turn to her "do you know of anywhere else that would make clothes for us if so we can go there." he said as he looked around "we can go any way you wish." he said as the horses would nicker waiting for them to decide

She looked at him " well we should go to the Capitol and check it out . She looked at the ground around them the closer the more dead everything was " we can always stay there anyway and then move out early in the morning . And just get married in our normal clothes . " she nodded " if the tavern is too full we will just sleep in the wagon ."

Tosh smiled at her and urged the horses forward again "okay off to the capital it is." he said as he the horses began to go a bit faster but not too fast as his soon to be wife hated that."well yeah that would be nice to stay in the tavern the wagon would be a bit uncomfortable dont you think." he said smiling at those that he passed "i mean if you want we can get married in our normal clothes but i figured you wanted a dress and such." he said as he rubbed his beard with one hand. "whos going to marry us by the way?" he asked curiously

She shook her head " I just figured we would go with who ever is on hand. , a new dress is always nice but regular clothes are too. " she smiled as he had the horses at a normal pace her nagging was working " since it will just be the two of us no need to make a big shin dig . And yes the wagon might be uncomfortable, but then again we are going on an adventure for our honey moon , so we might want to get used to being uncomfortable " she smiles at him a little bit . As he urged the horses forward " the void sure did a job on the country side "

Tosh looked to her "ahh i see i wonder who it will be then i havent met anyone there." he said smiling to her "have you?" he asked curiously as they wandered over the countryside "your right i guess we will see what is going on before we get you a new dress." he said " yeah its not like we know anyone besides devin and his family." he said looking at her and kissing her on the cheek. "Well thats true but i think we should have one good last nights sleep before we have to sleep in the wagon i mean after all it will be pretty crazy when we go on our adventure." he said as he passed a broken wagon left there by its owners "yes it seems they did that wagon back there is broken down and blood stained looks like somebody killed the owners." he said shrugging

She looked at the wagon as they drive by it " tosh stop..we should see if there anything that would name the owners, then we can give it to the bailiff and he can notify the family " she said as she pulled on his arm urging him to stop. " she did want to get to the tavern and get her dress. Handle all her business, but she couldn't just walk by a scene like that. She knew if it was them she would want people notified not thinking yhe just disappeared out of mid air

Tosh nodded to her and pulled the cart over he pulled his axe out and jumped down "be careful do not go into the woods and be alert fotr bandits." he said as he looked to her smiling and pulled a dagger from his boot and handed it to her as he began to look over the wagon "well it seems bandits did get here took anything of value. ahh here it is wilkerson." he said as he began to fix the wagon up and put the wheels back on and get it ready to leave. A bandit would come out and look to them "What do you think you are doing dwarf scum."he said looking to tosh and fawn as two more came out tosh stood up and pulled his pick axe out "leave or die." Tosh said as he looked to the three who now stood 10 feet away "I will kill you all if i have to." he said as he looked back to fawn for a second "i dont care if i die protecting her." he said chuckling "ill rip you all to shreds." he said swinging his weapons with ease and clear expertise.

Fawn wasn't any dummy she brought her bow with her and anyone with any experience with hunt could shoot off 20 shots a min. Aoilders ussually twice that amount.fawn was no soldier she woukd squeeze her arrow off and shoot the one that got to close to tosh.. Especially yhe ones at his back. The dagger however came in handy..when one jumped on the wagon and tries pin her to the ground. She took the dagger and stabbed him straight to the gut. She pushed him off of her jumped up ready total on anyone else

Tosh smiled looking to them and the one that ran past him to fawn he chuckled looking at the other two who stood in shock as one of them died "now its your turn i gave you your chance you did not leave now you die." he said as he ran at them they were frozen in fear and did not move as he slammed both the axes into their skulls as blood shot out everywhere he smiled calmly and wiped the blood from his axes and looked back to fawn "good job. now lets get this hitched and head to town." he said looking to them and then hooking up the wagon to theirs and hooked it up and looked to fawn "that was probably easier than it was supposed to be but lets get going." he said holding his hand out to his soon to be wife to help her up

He was right it was easier then it should have been and surely more bandits were around they just hadn't returned. From the wherever they we're probably raiding empty farmhouses from the war on the void. She helped him get the other wagon hitched with whatever was left inside. Or any dead bodies of the travelers, if they had left them. She then helped tosh clean himself up no sense going into town all bloody. She would clean and change herself on the move. But she was on the lookout. This time she didnt make a noise and let those drive as fast as he wanted.

Tosh let her fuss over him but he was fine going into town all bloody they would be hailed heroes especially after they found the bodies and put them in the back of the wagon and the rest of the belongings. he would move at a steady fast pace to get to town quickly and he would look to his wife as she was changing "we had to do it there was no way out it was them or us they will find the dead bodies and realize that they screwed up." he said as he looked to her with a smile "bloodshed was required and more will be required before our adventure ends." he said looking to her "but do not worry i will always be there." he said "no matter what."

She smiled at him " I was only cleaning thinking this way they would not suspect us darling right off the bat. Or think we are hurt. We can tell them about the bodies of the thieves " she kissed his cheek " and so will I, always be there " she smiles as they make their way into town and over to valid to report the people dead and the thrives. " okay dear let's get our room..we can get our clothes in the morning then head to the temple "

Tosh nodded to her "yes that was a good idea my dear i was not thinking." he said as they pulled in he hopped down "go ahead and go to our room i want to speak with the bailiff more my dear ill come to you in a few." he said as he looked to the man "listen bandits are patrolling more and more we killed three of them and found the bodies of the family but it was not easy they are getting smarter only three showed up but you need to warn everyone to be on the lookout because they are getting desperate." he said as the bailiff nodded and walked with tosh "now here are their supplies and the bodies are in the back but they are bad so i wasnt sure what you would want to do with them." he said as the bailiff told him thanks and he will get it taken care of. Tosh unhooked the wagon and headed off too put their wagon and horses up for the night before he made his way to the tavern where his wife would be "is it all taken care of my dear?" he asked as he looked to her kissing her on the cheek.

In this world there were several types of women. Then there was Fawn Peppercorn a fiery draw of voice that could wake the dead. There was a certain care behind it. Once you got to know her, the problem was, she didn't make it very easy to get to know her.
Even more unlucky was her life companion tosh. Who for some reason decided to love her although some claim its because it's because Fawn hit him over the head with skillet and when he awoke he didn't know any better.
"Tosh carver I swear you're the only dwarf in this world who drives like a the hounds of hell are at his feet..but drags His feet when its time to build camp. Here just let me do it " as she tries to take the tent from his hands .

Tosh looked to her "Why dont you calm the hell down so i can work." he said as he moved to the otherside of the tent "i mean come on it doesnt take a genius to make a tent," he said "i mean after all i figured you out pretty quickly." he then ran to the wagon and hid behind it
Tosh was a man of simplicity he really didnt grow up in a dwarven city nor did he have a family that did they were just natural farmers out in the world one thing he did know was that he was a warrior or would have been had he grown up in a dwarf home it was something he always aspired to be

She shook her head.and went back to tending the super muttering to her self.." Easy to figure out, let me work he says, calm the hell down he says, I'm tosh king of the world..why doesn't he have the damn tent up..were gonna be eating breakfast putting it back in the wagon by the time he gets it up "

Tosh laughed and went back and helped her set up the tent "oh i cant have some fun with the love of my life huh." he said as he walked and headed to set the inside of the tent up so they could get to sleep "well i mean i kinda am king of the world atleast your world anyway my love." he said as he moved to the wagon and pulled out the cots to sleep in he usually pushed them together but it didnt seem like she was in the mood to sleep next to him yer

She aggressively puts the food in his bowl and almost tosses it at him.

She scoffed but she gave him a soft look, when she was quite he knew he had got to her. Which she was for a few a moments and the whole forest seemed breath a sigh if relief at the respite of her voice.
She quietly mumbled " A thousand orcs..fool.of a man " but she had a little smile on her face, as she was shaking her head.

After the wedding another months journey and having to leave the cart at the bottom of a very tall mountain and travel on foot over a very old road that hadn't been well kept. So chances are the hall was completely abandoned.
This was gonna more work then she thought and it could possibly take years for them to even get established. But a dwarf was never afraid of hard work. Chances are it still had a running water source a place for the gardens.
However now they were just trying to make it a very steep mountain pass.

Tosh sighed as he looked up at the steep pass "well we will have to make a place to where we can pass with the horses and whatnot and will have to clean up the roads for other travelers and such." he said as he climbed breathing heavily as he did so "i should be in better shape for this but i havent been caught up on my work." he said as he looked around for a easier way up not seeing any he climbed up higher and higher as he looked to fawn.
