Baracus:Time had passed slowly and if not for the small demoness angel within his care the memory and love he once had for the child's mother would fade. Even the hatred and malice will towards her faded. It was coming up on Dawn's next birthday the second one that she would be missing due to her twisted morals. As the Manor was in a frenzy to make this new day and new year special for the 4 yr old Baracus sat with her as she read from one of the many books in the Dravidian library. She was getting so smart and into reading, archery, and riding. A crash came as her tail would accidentally knock over some books stacked up beside her. Her surprised look and the regretful eyes. ~Oh, Im sorry.~ She scurried to pick them up. After that her sister Petra came to take her to the archery range and work on her aim. Kissing her goodbye he moved forward and scribbled a note telling Sorsha he was heading into the capital to check on the followers there.
Every once in awhile the townsfolk would harass one but incidents were declining. While he was there he would check on the ToE church and make sure all was still doing well and undamaged. And per his usual routine he would swing by the tavern. In the beginning a year ago he would ask If Wendy had seen Amika. But now, the same answer given for nearly 5 months in the beginning he had given up trying to find her. He walked up to the bar and nodded as Wendy asked if he wanted his usual drink. Amika:came in then, into the Tavern. She looked tired. Perhaps a little sickly. Circles under her eyes as she moved to her corner. Ordering something strong to drink. She sat with her head in her hand, touching her temples as she slightly hummed the lullabye she used to sing to Dawn Baracus:He kept the same routine, same days, same time, and same route. Perhaps trying to make it easier for the wayward delinquent to find him. Some sort of anchor, some constant to find her way to him. If not for their child, then for her death. Either one, he cared not. Personally he didnt care for her anymore, and the questions he was fielding was what truly hurt his heart. ~Wheres mom? Is Mom coming back? Doesn't Mom love me? Daddy, can I see Mom?~ It would be so much easier to simply kill the wretched woman and let the child find closure in her sadness. But ultimately he did not want to be the axe that cut her down. Yet, Tyr had made it clear. No more suffering, no more chances..he wanted her soul. He should have broken the tavern wards and taken his punishment but knew that punishment was death itself. Instead he locked eyes to the wench and watched her, noticing her deformities, and the way her scent waifed...She was no longer just a demon, but a undead's feeding doll. Saying nothing he surveyed her exposed skin, and her eyes, the way she moved. And there was no mistake, she was one of his Brother's children's meals now.(edited) Amika:was not part of the Undead. She was still very much still alive. She was healing faster than most mortals. The bite mark upon her neck, nearly faded. Her eyes ventured up to find Baracus. She smiled softly to him. "Barry..." she moved the seat away from her for him to sit upon. Nursing her own drink once it was brought to her. "I sent....a doll to Dawn. For her present....." she spoke softly, her voice quiet. She seemed....different to him now. More subdued than before....like she was before this madness

Baracus:He wouldnt move to sit beside her or anywhere close to her. "She got it, It rests in her room on her shelf. Shes afraid to play with with." She had read necromancers sometimes poison dolls and use them to control others. "She is getting clever. She's studing books, and all sources she can find on Necromancers." He finishes his drink. "She actually thinks, your under some wicked spell, that he has you working as his maid, or servant. Why else wouldnt she come to see me daddy? She asked me." He slammed the glass on the bar. "Each time I see you you look sicker and sicker. I would ask why but that would require me to care what hes doing to you. I have been asked to give you a chance, to give you some time to be a mother. But other issues have come to light which could and will affect that." His eyes flared as eyes glowed when Seliah began chanting. Nothing serious just an alert letting him know a priestess was working. "I ... I owe it to her to give you one final ultimatum. Then it will truly be all on you. Seek a truce with Tyr, or Dawn will call another woman mother for I will have you replaced. Time and time again you have been given chance after chance. I am mad to do so again, and I may face consequences in doing so, but I will protect that child from all threats...even some blood doll such as you." His eyes now turned to lock with hers. "Make your choice, now...24 hours to seek a truce with Tyr, or the next time I see you Dawn will lose her mother." He now like Mordred gave her an ultimatum. The freedom was hers to chose.
Amika:listened to him. "I am her mother....the only reason why I haven't seen her is because you prohibit me from doing so. I would never place anything upon our daughter's gifts. Test them..." she moved to stand, heading to him. She stopped before him. "You think....Tyr would commit to a truce? I know you would have wanted me to leave eventually..." she rested her hand upon the table for support. "What happened to us, Barry?...We....we were in love once...." she trembled lightly. She nearly looked like she would collapse anymoment.

Baracus:His gaze turned to her. "You abandoned us for a man you know how I felt about. A man who calls your name at whim just to torture you, kills his children, and you expect me to let Dawn anywhere anyone who is his puppet? You had chances to come and make amends, you've had chances to make truces with Tyr, you have had a year now to show some, any kind of desire to chose your family, over some drinking buddy who treats you like his pet." Drinking the next glass in one shot he hit it to the bar as well. "You know she is reading books far beyond her age level? She doesn't need my help in figuring out how dangerous Mordred is. Or how much you would rather be around him than us." When she asked the sympathetic question...he laughed. "What happened? You happened. He makes a threat for you to leave your god, your faith, or he was going to kill you. And you left. Thats what happened. You chose this Amika. You chose this and I have given you every chance to change your decision, and to come back. But you refuse. The next time Dawn asks where you went...I think Ill show her Monet's memories. Of you and Mordred intertwined, his hands inside you, your tail around him. Let her see for herself how much you loved me. Let her see how much we meant to you. As I said he once gave you 24 hours to leave your position and abandon the side you chose. I am giving you the same options. If you chose not to remedy this for your daughter, or for our family...then the next time I see you I will bury my axe in your skull." He stood paying for his drink and hers in an apology to Wendy for the scene. He turned and headed out.(edited) The Ripper:
the ride was short he descended the steps only to hear ruckus inside and stepped aside when a large red demon seemed to step out, he nodded his head respectuflly to Lord Baracus "Morning". Before he stepped around him and went in for a deep drink of whiskey, he offered to keep his drinking at Wendy's an Avoided the woman who might follow Baracus out (That's you Amika). He sat down at the bar offering gold for a good whiskey not the watered down shit. He sat there glumly savoring the burn and taste and dulling to his brain, it felt good. Amika:shook her head "No...you did this...you ended it with me.....I.." she winced holding her head. "You knew how I was with him. You knew he is my friend." She shook her head softly "No......You are her father as I am her mother. Nothing will change that." her eyes grew cold as black edges came back. "Besides, I have not even slept with another since we departed. Regardless of what you think." she sighed softly. She moved passed the man that went inside. "I have every right to be in her life....as will be both of yours. But I will not fail him....." she stated. "Just like I wont ask you to fail Tyr."

The Ripper:he stepped up....ugh, this couple fighting was killing the drinking mood the whole tavern watched, it was hard not to. He would have been embarrassed he stood to move from the door and turned on his heels, approaching the two. "Hi can I help you two?" Baracus:He moved slightly to allow the man to pass, he didn't speak to him. Not out of rudeness but his mind on other issues. His eyes again flared as he felt Shira in the temple. Locking onto her mark he would track her in the temple making sure she was alright. Stopping just shy of the door, he laughed. "I did not leave you and rush off to the arms of another woman. I came back and visited with you, performed my fatherly duties, took her and you to the forest, spent the time with my family...Mosent came to me not 24 hours after you made your choice with the visions of you and him. So I may have left to give you room to breathe and make your decision but I did not do so with my hands on her. But if it makes you feel better and a way to claim a moral victory then yes, I did leave you, I did move out, and I did put our plans on hold while external issues worked themselves out. But no It was not I who abandoned my spouse to be, and my child for what appeared to be greener pastures." He wasn't speaking in a raised tone, nor an angry one just revealing her indiscretions to her. "Even now, if I ask who is feeding off you like some blood bag...would I be surprised if one of two names came from your lips? No. It would just be more of the same. You claim to love me, but you give him more and do more for him than you ever did for me. I am actually relieved that he showed me your true face before I married it." He now turned again and walked out the door. "And no, you may be her blood, but you've been no mother." He was gone but right outside.(edited) Amika:her tail moved softly listening to him. 'I....dont recall any of that..." she admitted to him. "I dont remember...." she winced as her head ached her suddenly "Because...y..you refuse me to be....that is why...you say I am not her mother.." she winced holding her head. "Ugh!" she cried out in frustration. "These voices.....tell them to stop...." she shook her head lightly as she crumbled lightly against the wall. "You...wanted to be civil for her....you.....wanted....her to see no pain....you did the same as your son....took our child from me..." she rambled softly. "Barry....you knew...my past before you asked me to be your wife. You knew who I was...." She gritted her teeth. "Something changed when I went to the Void with Tyr...I dont know what happened. The nightmares...the pain growing worse...."
The Ripper:threw his hands up in defeat and walked away. TO go sit in the back and drink. Baracus:He had heard her mostly the last bit was muffled through the tavern door. But it didnt matter, he had delivered the message he needed too. If she was ill then why had her new cronies not taken care of her. He was no longer her keeper she had made sure of that when she left him for the Vargo's. He had given her this last chance for Dawn and what he and Sorsha had discussed. But if she failed to return this time. He would no longer try.
