It is easily said that one of the greatest hardships a fellow would have to endure within the span of a single lifetime is that of coping with the loss of a loved one. It is not easy when a loved one dies, be it a brother or sister; mother, father, close friend or lover. To some even people, losing a person they've only met once or twice could still have an impact on their day to day life. It is an experience that we all must come to accept and cope with in our own ways.
One might find it difficult when trying to cope with this loss, leading to stress of the body and mind however one must always remember the obvious: You are not alone in this endeavor. Be you an introvert or extrovert; whether you cope through anger or laughter, or might you cry for hours or fondly remember through retellings of good adventures. Remember that you will always find comfort in companions and do not be afraid to express your emotions and loss at times when coping with a loss seems overwhelming. Keep in mid that we are all here together, through thick and thin. If we can learn to live together harmoniously we can defeat even the strongest of foes mentally, physically and emotionally. So through these tough times, always remember that you are not alone...
Rahlia could be found in the training hall of the castle Faror barracks. Covered in sweat, she took a moment to step back and admire the work she had done. Sixty seven was the number of training manikins that she had single handedly decimated within the span of four days and there was a sense of pride in her ability to destroy something so thoroughly, especially something that was made to take a beating. Her anger still swelled up however, feeling abandoned by so many. Her father, her mother and now even her brother. No length of time could go by to elevate her grief and frustration that was the death of Regnasef and every once in a while, that showed. She reached up and wiped her brow with her wrist before looking around the training hall, seeing the faces of those who were watching her in disbelief. Rahlia wasn't exactly lacking in the coping department. She had all manners of ventilation for stress and emotions including a lover who would come to her side and comfort her as needed. However even so, Rahlia took some little amount of joy in venting her frustrations in this manner.
Many are those who experience grief and must cope with the loss of a loved one... Rahliasef chooses to do so by breaking things...
